Replacements & Refunds
In most cases Ranz Apparel does not accept returns, however you may be illegible for a replacement or refund. Please apply with 30 days from receiving the product for illegibility.
If your item arrived defective please send detailed images of the defect / defects via email@example.com
Attach JPEG images that show close up shots of all defects, the clothing tags (where applicable) and 1 image that shows the whole garment / merchandise.
State clearly in words what is wrong with the item and whether you would like a replacement or a refund. Upon inspection, if your request is approved, a replacement or refund will be initiated. Please allow up to 25 days to complete the transaction.

A refund will be sent to your credit card (or via your original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
