Replacements & Refunds
Did your product arrive defective? Then you may be illegible for a replacement or refund. Please apply within 30 days from receiving the product for illegibility. (please note we do not replace or refund for buying the wrong size – refer to detailed measurement charts on each product page before buying)
Send us detailed images of the defect / defects via email@example.com
Attach JPEG images that show close up shots of all defects, the clothing tags (where applicable) and 1 image that shows the whole garment / merchandise.
State clearly in words what is wrong with the item and whether you are requesting a replacement or a refund.

Upon inspection, if your request is approved, a replacement or refund will be initiated. Please allow up to 20 days to complete the transaction.
